Are you interested in growing your knowledge in Sleep Medicine in a short time?

The Crash Course is part of the MAS in Sleep Medicine. It can be booked as a single module to get access to a summary of online lectures to acquire the basic knowledge in Sleep Medicine in a short time. The course covers the basics in important subjects like:

• Basics
• Central Disorders of Hypersomnolence
• Chronobiology
• Clinical Assessment
• Insomnia
• Parasomnias
• Pediatrics
• Scoring
• Sleep Medicine Overview
• Sleep Related Breathing Disorders

The online lectures are available on our e-learning platform from  September 1st till November 30st, 2023.

Included in the course is a week of daily Q&A online live sessions with an expert in Sleep Medicine. During a daily 1.5-hour-session, participants have the opportunity to ask questions and talk about various subjects related to Sleep Medicine. The live sessions will be recorded. Please find below the tentative program of the live sessions:

• 18.9.23, 2:00pm – 3:30pm (CEST): Physiology, Chronobiology and Sleep scoring (Dr. med. Markus Schmidt, Prof. Antoine Adamantidis)
• 19.9.23, 2:00pm – 3:30pm (CEST): Insomnia (Prof. Dieter Riemann, Prof. Christoph Nissen)
• 20.9.23, 12:00pm – 1:30pm (CEST): Hypersomnia and Driving (Dr. med. Markus Schmidt)
• 21.9.23, 2:00pm – 3:30pm (CEST): Breathing disorders (Prof. Winfried Randerath)
• 22.9.23, 2:00pm – 3:30pm (CEST): Movement disorders (Prof. Mauro Manconi, Dr. med. Panagiotis Bargiotas)

Application Deadline: ongoing, please note that it takes about 7 days from registering to receiving access to the e-learning platform

Tuition Fee: CHF 800 for non-participants of the MAS in Sleep Medicine and free of charge for participants of the MAS in Sleep Medicine
