In September the 18^th European Narcolepsy Masterclass and the 12th European Narcolepsy Days were held in Berlin, Germany and also virtually.

The European Narcolepsy Days is a unique international meeting focusing on narcolepsy, where scientists, clinicians and patients all meet together. This year, more than 200 participants joined the meeting.

Also during the European Narcolepsy Days, management of patients was a key topic. Recently published European Guidelines (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/ene.14888) were presented. The approach how to treat however may vary between physician and patients. This also become clear in the joint discussions with patients.
